• Origami Sea Life by John Montroll and Robert J. Lang. This is an excellent book on origami that contains an advanced level, origami fiddler crab. It is currently available from any number of online booksellers.
• Wildfowl Carving and Collecting Magazine - Spring, 1995. This issue includes a step-by-step article on carving a fiddler crab. I have not seen this and cannot judge the quality.
